Vendor Information


St. Louis Pagan Picnic could not exist without our vendors. And while we need them, they also need us. Just think, several thousand Pagans gathered in one place, over two beautiful summer days, with cash in their pockets...

Many of our vendors return from year to year, and we are always looking for new vendors as well. If you are interested in vending at Pagan Picnic, please feel free to take the links below for registrationg information and signups. Vendors can pre-register any time from now until May 15. A limited number of spaces may be available at the gate. Payment is required upon registration.

Various site rules and regulations will apply to your activities during the event. Please read the guidelines completely in order to be completely familiar with what will be expected of you. If you are a food vendor, you will need to follow City of St. Louis Health Department guidelines. Food vendor registrations MUST be completed in advance; no food vendors will be allowed to register at the gate due to local ordinances. Guidelines for food vendors is provided with your registration information.
