PAGAN PICNIC GUIDELINES
Take a moment to look over these guidelines so we can all enjoy a safe, fun, and fulfilling Picnic experience together!
- To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, Pagan Picnic reserves the right to remove any individual whose actions are determined to be disruptive to the event.
- Pagan Picnic will not tolerate any symbols co-opted or adopted by hate-based groups as a representation of racial or religious intolerance. We recommend proactive compliance with this guideline while participants are preparing for the event.
- Respect the diverse paths and traditions of all attendees, including individuals who are not pagan.
- Keep in mind that the perspectives expressed during the Pagan Picnic may differ from those of the Picnic Committee organizers.
- - Respect the personal space of others, especially in the vicinity of workshops, rituals, and other activities.
- If you need help or have questions, please stop by the Information Booth.
- Be mindful of our children—care for them, support them, and help ensure their safety.
- Please remember to deliver your food donations and pet supply donations to either the Information Booth or the Charities’ booth.
- Honor the Earth, our Mother, by helping us keep Tower Grove Park even cleaner than when we arrived. Dispose of trash, recyclables, and cigarette butts in the correct receptacles. Every trash can has a recycling bin next to it—please take a moment to sort items responsibly.
- Have an alcohol and drug free weekend.
- Play safely. Please leave firearms at home.
- Be aware of the official Picnic Photographers. They will be wearing badges.
- Direct any media to the Information Booth.
- Pagan Picnic reserves the right to make an on site determination as to the behavior, conduct, or clothing of any individual in attendance and make appropriate decision concerning the conditions individuals continued attendance.
- Enforcement of these guidelines are at the discretion of Pagan Picnic, any requested adjudication will be done after the event has closed.
- All state and local laws apply.

Pets at Pagan Picnic
Tower Grove Park does allow pets to be in the park on a leash/lead that does not exceed 6 feet, and you may do what you will within their rules * however * we highly recommend that pets stay home Picnic weekend, as it is typically very hot and there is not a place for pets to cool down or take respite from the heat.
While we absolutely love our furry friends, we certainly worry about them in the summer's high heat!
Tower Grove Park's pet rule can be found in their Ordinances, Rules, and Regulations PDF on their website: "Dogs or pet animals of any kind shall not be permitted in any public park building, or other areas designated by the Executive Director except as such animal is a designated Service Animal. Such pets may however be in the park but only when fastened to or led by a handheld leash not to exceed six (6)feet in length."
