Covid-19 Safety Guidelines
The health, safety, and well-being of our community matters to us. Our organization is in regular contact with local, county, and state health authorities concerning Covid-19 and best practices for our event. We are following the guidance for mass gatherings issued by both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

As we approach gathering in June, here are some things to keep in mind while attending Picnic this year:
- Wear a mask based on your personal preference, informed by your personal level of risk
- Be aware of social distancing
- Get consent before physically greeting folks (i.e. handshakes & hi-fives, elbows only, hugging, etc) - We're just as excited to reunite with our Picnic community, friends, and family but it's important that we respect each others comfort level and autonomy
- Wash or sanitize your hands often - there will be extra hand sanitizing stations throughout Vendor Row at Picnic
- Cover coughs and sneezes
- If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, get well soon -AND- please stay home this year
Thank You!
