We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to our vendors for their continued support!
Vending is FULL for 2025, and we are no longer adding to our wait list.
For Future Vendors:
Vending at Pagan Picnic
- Vending at Pagan Picnic is first-come, first-served. We begin accepting applications for next year starting on the current years' Pagan Picnic weekend.
- Come by the Information Booth in-person during Pagan Picnic to apply to vend next year with a weekend discount, if accepted. If accepted and issued an invoice, you must pay that invoice by the end of the week issued to keep that weekend discount, otherwise you will have to pay the base rate.
- If you are not able to stop by Pagan Picnic weekend, Vending applications will open on our website the following Monday at the regular rate. If accepted, you will be issued an invoice and must pay it by the due date noted.
- Once Vending is full, we will open the Waitlist on our website. Once the Waitlist is full, we will no longer accept any Vending applicants.
Things to keep in mind:
- Applying to be a Vendor does not mean you will be accepted.
- Please note that we do our best to have a variety of products/services offered by our Vendors; meaning that we will only be able to accommodate a limited amount of each type of vendor (i.e. crystal vendors, tarot readers, etc.)
- Though we have expanded our Vendor Row, Vending is usually 60%+ full after Picnic Weekend and has recently been filling up by August at the latest.
- We *DO NOT* accept any MLM or 'network marketing/selling' or 'tiered/direct selling' sellers or businesses - if you need further clarification, don't hesitate to email us at [email protected].
How the Waitlist works:
- The Waitlist will open once Vending is full.
- Once you've applied for the waitlist, you will be notified if you get accepted to the Waitlist. Unfortunately, not all who apply will be accepted if we already have too many of a specific type of vendor. We do our best to have a variety of products/services offered by our Vendors; meaning that we will only be able to accommodate a limited amount of each type of vendor.
- Waitlist spots are finite and once the Waitlist is full, we will no longer accept Waitlist applications.
- Waitlist vendors will be selected first-come, first-served and emailed if an open Vending space becomes available.
